All properties have long-term, pre-screened, rent-paying tenants. - Located in a clean, safe neighborhood.
All properties reside in select Toledo communities. - Likely to produce ROI (return on investment).
All properties have the size, square footage and location to make them valuable investments likely to quickly produce competitive ROI.
